Create an invoice from the deal you already made

Yekota turns the customer, work, amount and payment terms you agreed into a clear invoice you can download or share. Your first invoice does not require an account.

A Yekota invoice for tutoring services with itemised naira totals

Invoice details that fit the work

Start with a flexible business invoice or the tutoring preset. Add the customer, dates, currency, tax, payment instructions and the structure the work actually needs.

  • Custom sections, rows and columns for products or services
  • NGN, USD, GBP and EUR invoice totals
  • Business branding, customer details and due dates
  • A tutoring layout for students, subjects, hours, rates and discounts

Download it or share a clean link

Download a polished PDF to your device or publish a read-only link that opens without a customer account. Signed-in users keep the invoice in account history for later updates and follow-up.

Connect payment to the invoice

Eligible Nigerian businesses can add a payment link that opens a Paystack, Bachs, Nomba or ALATPay checkout, where available, and choose how the balance may be collected. Provider-confirmed payments stay attached to the invoice, while cash or bank payments can be recorded separately.

Online collection currently settles in naira. You can still issue an invoice in another supported currency without promising an online checkout that is not available.

Made for work sold through conversations

Yekota invoices suit freelancers, tutors, agencies, social sellers, event vendors, wholesalers and small teams that usually agree the job over WhatsApp, Instagram, email, a call or in person.
