Choose how the balance may be paid
A payment policy can ask for the full balance, allow another amount, split a deposit and balance, offer instalments, set a minimum or present simple choices. Yekota always checks the current outstanding balance before checkout.
Know what the status means
Payments confirmed by Paystack, Bachs, Nomba or ALATPay are shown as verified. Cash and bank payments entered by the business are labelled as manually recorded, so a customer or team member can tell the difference.
Naira collection with settlement checks
Online payment activates once a provider can collect for the seller: Paystack after it verifies an account that can settle NGN, Bachs once the seller's Bachs account is set up for the invoice currency, Nomba once the seller confirms the bank account that receives their naira payouts, and ALATPay only for a business enabled on it. The payment setup shows each provider's fee disclosure where one is published, and any configured Yekota fee, before automatic settlement.
Invoices may use other supported currencies, but Yekota does not present online collection outside Nigeria as live today.
Reminders stay attached to the invoice
A signed-in business can schedule follow-up for an unpaid invoice. The reminder process uses the invoice's current state rather than creating a second balance to reconcile later.
