Who provides Yekota
Yekota is the customer-facing product and brand operated by Yekota Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have authority to act for any business you add.
Using Yekota
You must provide accurate account and business information, protect your sign-in credentials and use Yekota only for lawful business activity. You are responsible for the documents, offers, customer details, employee details and instructions you enter or share.
Documents and records
Yekota helps create invoices, payslips and related records. Templates, readiness checks and summaries are product tools, not legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for checking that a document meets the rules that apply to your business and recipient.
KOTA negotiations
A KOTA link lets a seller present services and controlled negotiation terms. Offers remain subject to the seller's configured rules and the final confirmation shown to both parties. An invoice created after agreement records the confirmed terms. It does not replace a separate contract where one is required.
Payments, fees and payouts
Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms. Availability, methods, settlement timing, refunds, chargebacks, reserves and verification requirements may vary by country, currency and provider. Any Yekota fee will be disclosed before a payment is confirmed. Yekota is not a bank and does not guarantee settlement.
Where Bachs is selected, payments use the seller’s connected account. Refund requests are subject to Bachs eligibility and the seller’s available balance; a submitted request is not a completed refund. Bachs does not return platform or processing fees on refunded payments. Contact the seller about cancellations and refund eligibility. See Bachs’ refund terms.
Where Nomba is selected, Yekota collects the payment in its Nomba account and sends the seller’s proceeds, less the disclosed processing, Yekota and transfer fees, to the bank account the seller confirmed. A seller can request a refund until the proceeds are sent; after that, refunds are handled with Yekota support. Card refunds can take up to seven working days to reach the customer, and Nomba’s processing fee is not returned on a refunded payment.
Teams and verification
Workspace owners control team access and must invite only authorized people. Business verification may cover the entity, representatives, directors or beneficial owners. Access to certain payment capabilities may be limited, reviewed or withdrawn where a provider, law or risk policy requires it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Yekota for fraud, deception, unlawful goods or services, harassment, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, malware, rights infringement, or attempts to bypass payment, security, verification or platform limits.
Availability and account action
We work to keep Yekota available, but features may change or be interrupted. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, respond to provider action, address non-payment or investigate abuse. Where practical, we will explain the action and available recovery steps.
Liability and disputes
Yekota is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or suitable for every jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, Yekota is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunities or disputes between sellers and buyers. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Yekota develops. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. Questions can be sent to support@yekota.online.
